Club information

You can change your data on our website in the profile area. Log in to the website, go to your profile and then click on "Edit profile". You also have the option of having your data changed by our service. To do so, please contact us at service@incert.at

 

If you have forgotten your password, you can change it on our website. To do this, go to "Forgot your password?" in the login area.

You can change your password on our website at any time. To do this, go to "New password" in the profile area.

 

Registering for the MyPletzerResorts Club is very easy! You can register directly on the website from the comfort of your own home. Register when and where you want at https://myclub.pletzer-resorts.com/, activate your profile, get started right away and benefit from our additional bonuses.

 

The membership is not limited in time, completely free of charge and can be terminated at any time.

 

The access data consists of your e-mail and personal password, which you can assign yourself when you register on our website. With your access data you can identify yourself to the service in order to change your personal data at a later date. You can change your selected access data in your personal profile area at any time.

 

You can find your membership number on the website in your profile area.

 

Unfortunately, the membership number is not transferable.

Any natural person over the age of 18 who has their main place of residence in a country of the European Economic Area or Switzerland can participate in our club programme. Entrepreneurs, in particular natural persons or legal entities, are excluded from participation.

 

In this case, we ask you to have one of the two profiles deleted if both have already been activated. To do this, please send an e-mail to myclub@pletzer-resorts.com. Please also indicate in this email which profile (e.g. by stating the membership number) you would like to have deleted or deactivated.

You can manage the consents in your profile area. Consent to the newsletter, approval for marketing measures or postal correspondence are voluntary.

 

You can send your cancellation request in writing by post or by email to myclub@pletzer-resorts.com. To ensure that your request is processed quickly, please include your membership number or alternatively your name, address and date of birth with your request. Your cancellation request will be processed by us within the statutory period. You can also deactivate or delete your profile in your profile area.

Collect diamonds

Our MyPletzerResorts Club offers a variety of ways to collect points. You can collect points easily and conveniently on site or there are also attractive ways to collect points in the Club.

You collect points for every online activity and when you use numerous services. Depending on the activity, you will receive 1 diamond for every 1 euro spent, for example. Simply click on Collect and find out more.

 

1 diamond equals € 1.00. This means: 1,000 diamonds equal € 1,000.00.

 

You can find your diamond balance on our website in your profile area. We will also inform you in the mailings we send you about the number of diamonds you have collected, about new features in the club and about your personal advantage bonus.

 

It may take a few minutes for your points balance to be updated. If your points balance is not displayed correctly, please contact us at myclub@pletzer-resorts.com  

 

The points you collect do not expire and can be redeemed for a voucher at any time.

 

Redeem diamonds

You can redeem your points at any time on our website. The only decisive factor for redemption is the amount of your diamond balance.

To redeem, simply select the reward you want and download the voucher. Alternatively, you can select a freely definable diamond amount and a voucher will be made available to you. The diamonds will then be deducted from the current diamond amount.

You can find your diamond balance and all diamond level movements at any time under "Diamonds" on the website.

 

You can redeem your collected diamonds for vouchers at any time on our website under "Rewards".

 

You can find your vouchers directly in your profile area by clicking on "Voucher" on our website. You will also receive your vouchers by e-mail.

 

The validity of vouchers can be found in the General Terms and Conditions.

 

You can redeem your voucher during your next stay. You can find more information in the General Terms and Conditions.

 

Invite friends

ou can recommend Pletzer Resorts to your friends and acquaintances via email, WhatsApp, Facebook or other channels. Your friends will receive a voucher as a welcome gift.

 

If your recommendation was successful, i.e. your friend/acquaintance was at a Pletzer Resort and redeemed the welcome voucher, then you will receive a notification about your reward. You will then receive 10 diamonds automatically credited to your account.
